I love to collect prayers I've prayed as well as favorites from books, online, other believers, and especially from within the Bible. The book of Psalms is a great source of prayers!
Morning Prayer
Grateful am I before You, eternal King of the Universe, for saving my soul and giving me another day to spend with my loves ones walking beside You. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit today, Lord. Transform my mind and tender my heart for what You love. Anoint my eyes and ears to see what You are doing and to hear Your voice. Guard my lips to keep from speaking anything not of You or in love. Walk beside me, Abba, and be the light for my path. For I trust in Your unfailing love each morning. Amen.
Bedtime Prayer
Thank You for this day, Abba. Thank You for the blessings You have given me and for another day to spend among my loved ones. Watch over me as I sleep, speak to me in my dreams. For in peace I lie down and sleep; for You alone, O LORD, make me dwell in safety. Amen
Healing & Comfort
Almighty LORD, Jehovah Rapha, our Great Physician and Creator. You alone can bring true healing from every ailment - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual. Bend Your ear to hear my prayers for healing and comfort for my family and friends who are ill or hurting. Wrap them in the comforting warmth and peace of Your holy Presence. Bring them comfort through Your Spirit and friends and family, drawing Your people around them to be Your arms in their times of distress.
Guidance
Wise Counselor - I ask for Your wisdom and guidance. You alone know what we need most and which paths before us lead to life. Soften my heart to feel the presence of Your Spirit, draw me closer to You through Your Word and guide me with Your divine wisdom, being the light to my path.
Deliverance
Jehovah Mephalti, our Deliverer! I ask for Your deliverance for myself and my loved ones from the wreckage and bondage of our circumstances and toward a new path of life with You. Help us to break the strongholds of our sin, LORD, and bring us into alignment with our true purposes. Pull the blinders from our eyes so that we can see truth and Your light LORD. Open our eyes to the truth that is YOU, Abba!
Protection
Great Protector, Jehovah Nissi - You created each of us and all of the universe and You alone can bring rain to parched lands, hold back the floods and put out the fires in our lives. I humbly ask for Your protection for myself and my loved ones. Cover us with Your protective wings and guard our comings and goings.
Provision
Jehovah Jireh, our Provider - I pray for Your provision for my friends and family. Bring each of them the resources they truly need in such a way that brings glory to You. Show them Your wisdom in how to use those resources and draw them closer to You as You answer our prayers in accordance with Your will and plan for our lives.
Stand in the Gap Prayer (Salvation for loved ones)
Mighty Savior - bless my family members and friends who don't know You or who have walked away from You. Bless them today in a way that can ONLY have come from YOU. Remove the blinders from their eyes so that they may see the truth and recognize their purpose. Abba, bring people into their paths today who talk about and exemplify Jesus - at work, school, home, online, in the store... anywhere. Surround them with Your people and Your love.
Giving Thanks
I praise You, God, Elohim Shama, who bends His ear and hears my prayers. Thank You for hearing my cries and petitions. Thank You for Your faithfulness. I praise You, Lord, for Your unfailing love, infinite wisdom and eternal provision.
Matthew 6:9-13

Psalm 6 (deliverance)

enemies, to silence the foe and the avenger.
When I consider your heavens, the work of your
fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have
set in place, what is mankind that you are
mindful of them, human beings that you care for
them?
You have made them a little lower than the angels
and crowned them with glory and honor.
You made them rulers over the works of your
hands; you put everything under their feet; all
flocks and herds, and the animals of the wild,
the birds in the sky, and the fish in the sea, all
that swim the paths of the seas.

How long, Lord? Will you forget me forever?

I lift up my eyes to the mountains -
where does my help come from?
My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.
He will not let your foot slip -

Psalm 51 - Repentance
Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.
Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.
For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is always before me.
Against you, you only, have I sinned
and done what is evil in your sight;
so you are right in your verdict

you do not take pleasure in burnt offerings.

a broken and contrite heart
you, God, will not despise.
May it please you to prosper Zion,
to build up the walls of Jerusalem.
Then you will delight in the sacrifices of the righteous,
in burnt offerings offered whole;
then bulls will be offered on your altar.
